Ingredients

  • Fish: 500g
  • Tomato: 2, roughly chopped
  • Garlic: 5-6 cloves, crushed
  • Green Chilies: 3-4, slit
  • Turmeric: 1/2 tsp
  • Local Herbs: if available
  • Oil: 1 tbsp
  • Salt: to taste

Instructions
