Ingredients

  • Fish: 500g (small freshwater fish)
  • Bamboo Shoots: 1/2 cup, sliced
  • Onion: 1, chopped
  • Garlic Paste: 1 tsp
  • Green Chilies: 2-3
  • Turmeric Powder: 1/2 tsp
  • Oil: 2 tbsp
  • Salt: to taste

Instructions

    Sauté onion and garlic paste in oil.

    Add turmeric, salt, and bamboo shoots. Fry for a few minutes.

    Add 2 cups of water and bring to a boil.

    Add the fish pieces and green chilies.

    Simmer gently until the fish is cooked.
