Ingredients

  • Mutton: 500g
  • Mixed Greens (Saag): 1 large bunch
  • Onion: 2, chopped
  • Tomato: 1, chopped
  • Ginger-Garlic Paste: 1.5 tbsp
  • Spice powders: as needed
  • Oil: 3 tbsp

Instructions

    Pressure cook mutton until tender.
