- Mutton: 500g
- Bamboo Shoots: 1/2 cup, sliced (fresh or fermented)
- Onion: 1, chopped
- Ginger-Garlic Paste: 1 tbsp
- Green Chilies: 3-4
- Turmeric Powder: 1/2 tsp
- Oil: 2 tbsp
- Salt: to taste
