Ingredients

  • Mutton: 500g, large chunks
  • Ginger-Garlic Paste: 2 tbsp
  • Red Chilies: 5-6, crushed
  • Turmeric: 1 tsp
  • Salt: to taste
  • Sal Leaves: for wrapping (optional)

Instructions

    Marinate the mutton chunks with all the ingredients for a few hours.

    If using, wrap the marinated mutton in Sal leaves and tie with a string.

    Roast over hot charcoal embers, turning frequently.
