Ingredients
- Chicken: 1 kg
- Onions: 4, sliced
- Ginger-Garlic Paste: 2 tbsp
- Whole Spices: a mix
- Spice Powders: a mix
- Mustard Oil: 1/2 cup
- Salt: to taste
Instructions

Mix chicken with all the ingredients in an earthen pot (handi).

Cook on very low heat for 1-1.5 hours, shaking the pot periodically.
