A simple, homestyle egg curry.

Ingredients

  • Eggs: 6, hard-boiled
  • Onion: 1, chopped
  • Tomato: 1, chopped
  • Ginger-Garlic Paste: 1 tsp
  • Cumin Powder: 1 tsp
  • Turmeric Powder: 1/2 tsp
  • Red Chili Powder: 1 tsp
  • Oil: 2 tbsp
  • Salt: to taste

Instructions

    Heat oil, fry onions until golden.

    Add ginger-garlic paste and tomatoes. Cook until soft.

    Add all spice powders and cook the masala.

    Add 1.5 cups of water, bring to a boil.
