A spicy mash made from boiled or smoked fish, onions, chilies, and mustard oil.

Ingredients

  • Fish: 250g (any freshwater fish), boiled or roasted
  • Onion: 1, finely chopped
  • Green Chilies: 2, finely chopped
  • Coriander Leaves: 2 tbsp, chopped
  • Mustard Oil: 1 tbsp
  • Lemon Juice: 1 tsp
  • Salt: to taste

Instructions

    Carefully debone the cooked fish.

    In a bowl, flake the fish meat.

    Add chopped onion, green chilies, coriander leaves, salt, and lemon juice.

    Pour raw mustard oil over the mixture.

    Mix everything well with your hands. Serve with rice.
