Ingredients

  • Mutton: 500g
  • Paanch Phoran: 1 tsp (blend of fenugreek, nigella, cumin, mustard, fennel seeds)
  • Onions: 2, sliced
  • Tomato Purée: 1/2 cup
  • Ginger-Garlic Paste: 1 tbsp
  • Oil: 3 tbsp
  • Salt and other spices: as needed

Instructions
