A simple and rustic minced mutton curry.

Ingredients

  • Mutton Mince (Keema): 500g
  • Onions: 2, finely chopped
  • Tomatoes: 1, chopped
  • Ginger-Garlic Paste: 1.5 tbsp
  • Green Peas: 1/2 cup (optional)
  • Red Chili Powder: 1 tsp
  • Garam Masala: 1 tsp
  • Oil: 3 tbsp
  • Salt: to taste

Instructions

    Heat oil, sauté onions until golden brown.

    Add ginger-garlic paste and fry for a minute.

    Add the mutton mince and sauté on high heat until it changes color and the water evaporates.

    Add tomatoes and all spice powders. Cook until tomatoes are mushy.

    Add green peas and a little water. Cover and cook until the keema is done.
