A simple and rustic minced mutton curry.
Ingredients
- Mutton Mince (Keema): 500g
- Onions: 2, finely chopped
- Tomatoes: 1, chopped
- Ginger-Garlic Paste: 1.5 tbsp
- Green Peas: 1/2 cup (optional)
- Red Chili Powder: 1 tsp
- Garam Masala: 1 tsp
- Oil: 3 tbsp
- Salt: to taste
Instructions

Heat oil, sauté onions until golden brown.

Add ginger-garlic paste and fry for a minute.

Add the mutton mince and sauté on high heat until it changes color and the water evaporates.

Add tomatoes and all spice powders. Cook until tomatoes are mushy.
