A dry and spicy chicken fry with Bihari spices.

Ingredients

  • Chicken: 500g, small pieces
  • Onion: 1, sliced
  • Ginger-Garlic Paste: 1 tbsp
  • Red Chili Powder: 1 tsp
  • Turmeric Powder: 1/2 tsp
  • Black Pepper Powder: 1/2 tsp
  • Cumin Powder: 1 tsp
  • Mustard Oil: 3 tbsp
  • Salt: to taste

Instructions

    Marinate chicken with all ingredients except oil and onion for 30 minutes.

    Add the marinated chicken and fry on medium-high heat.
