Boiled eggs in a rich, creamy, and mildly spiced gravy.

Ingredients

  • Eggs: 6, hard-boiled
  • Fried Onion Paste: 1/2 cup
  • Cashew Paste: 1/4 cup
  • Yogurt: 1/2 cup
  • Ginger-Garlic Paste: 1 tsp
  • Red Chili Powder: 1/2 tsp
  • Garam Masala: 1/2 tsp
  • Ghee: 2 tbsp
  • Salt: to taste

Instructions

    Heat ghee, sauté ginger-garlic paste.

    Add fried onion and cashew paste, and spices. Cook for a few minutes.

    Add yogurt and cook until ghee separates.

    Add 1.5 cups of water and salt. Bring to a simmer.

    Add pricked, boiled eggs to the gravy. Cook for 10 minutes.
