Fish Tikka

Cubes of fish marinated in yogurt and spices, grilled in a tandoor.
Ingredients
- Fish: 500g, boneless cubes (Singhara or Rohu)
- Yogurt: 1/2 cup, thick
- Ginger-GarLlic Paste: 1 tbsp
- Gram Flour (Besan): 1 tbsp
- Ajwain (Carom seeds): 1/2 tsp
- Tandoori Masala: 1 tsp
- Lemon Juice: 1 tbsp
- Mustard Oil: 2 tbsp
- Salt: to taste
Instructions

Make a marinade with all ingredients except fish.

Gently coat the fish cubes in the marinade. Let it rest for 30 minutes.
