Ingredients

  • Whole Chicken: 1 (about 1 kg), skin on
  • For Marinade:: Yogurt, ginger-garlic, tandoori masala
  • For Stuffing:: 2 boiled eggs, 100g minced meat (cooked)
  • For Gravy:: Onion-tomato paste, cashew paste, spices
  • Ghee/Oil: as needed

Instructions

    Marinate the whole chicken for several hours.

    Stuff the chicken cavity with boiled eggs and cooked minced meat.

    Sear the chicken in a pan, then roast in an oven until cooked through.
