Ingredients
- Minced Chicken: 500g
- Chana Dal (Bengal Gram): 1/2 cup, soaked
- Ginger-Garlic Paste: 1 tbsp
- Whole Spices: Cinnamon, cloves, cardamom, red chilies
- Onion: 1, chopped, for filling
- Green Chilies: 2, chopped, for filling
- Oil: for shallow frying
- Salt: to taste
Instructions

Pressure cook minced chicken, chana dal, whole spices, ginger-garlic paste, and salt with a little water until soft.

Make patties from the mixture, stuffing each with a little chopped onion and green chili.
