Ingredients

  • Eggs: 4
  • Poha (Flattened Rice): 1 cup, rinsed

  • Green Chilies: 2, chopped
  • Turmeric Powder: 1/4 tsp
  • Lemon Juice: 1 tsp
  • Oil: 2 tbsp
  • Salt: to taste

Instructions
