Ingredients
- Eggs: 6, hard-boiled
- Tomatoes: 4, puréed
- Onion: 1, chopped
- Ginger-Garlic Paste: 1 tsp
- Red Chili Powder: 1 tsp
- Turmeric Powder: 1/4 tsp
- Oil: 2 tbsp
- Salt: to taste
