Fish Korma

A mild and creamy fish curry.

Ingredients

  • Fish: 500g, boneless
  • Yogurt: 1/2 cup
  • Cashew Paste: 1/4 cup
  • Onion Paste: 1/4 cup
  • White Pepper Powder: 1/2 tsp
  • Garam Masala: 1/2 tsp
  • Oil: 2 tbsp
  • Salt: to taste

Instructions

    Sauté onion paste in oil.

    Add cashew paste and cook for a few minutes.

    Add yogurt, pepper, and salt. Cook until oil separates.

    Add 1 cup of water and bring to a simmer.

    Gently add the fish pieces and cook for 7-10 minutes until done.

    Finish with garam masala.
