A mild and creamy fish curry.
Ingredients
- Fish: 500g, boneless
- Yogurt: 1/2 cup
- Cashew Paste: 1/4 cup
- Onion Paste: 1/4 cup
- White Pepper Powder: 1/2 tsp
- Garam Masala: 1/2 tsp
- Oil: 2 tbsp
- Salt: to taste

Sauté onion paste in oil.

Add cashew paste and cook for a few minutes.

Add yogurt, pepper, and salt. Cook until oil separates.

Add 1 cup of water and bring to a simmer.
