Ingredients
- Lamb Mince: 500g
- Onion: 1, grated and squeezed
- Ginger-Garlic Paste: 1 tbsp
- Green Chilies: 2, minced
- Garam Masala: 1 tsp
- Coriander leaves: 1/4 cup, chopped
- Gram Flour (Besan): 2 tbsp, roasted
- Salt: to taste

Combine all ingredients and mix well. The mixture should be firm.

Divide the mixture into equal portions.

Moisten hands, take a portion and press it onto a skewer, shaping it into a long kebab.
