- Yogurt: 1 cup
- Fried Onion Paste (Birista): 1/2 cup
- Cashew Paste: 1/4 cup
- Ginger-Garlic Paste: 1.5 tbsp
- Red Chili Powder: 1 tsp
- Coriander Powder: 1 tbsp
- Ghee: 4 tbsp
- Salt: to taste
