A rich and creamy mutton korma with local influences.

Ingredients

  • Mutton: 500g
  • Yogurt: 1 cup
  • Fried Onion Paste (Birista): 1/2 cup
  • Cashew Paste: 1/4 cup
  • Ginger-Garlic Paste: 1.5 tbsp
  • Red Chili Powder: 1 tsp
  • Coriander Powder: 1 tbsp
  • Ghee: 4 tbsp
  • Salt: to taste

Instructions

    Heat ghee, sauté ginger-garlic paste.

    Add mutton and sear.

    Add yogurt and spices. Cook for 10 minutes.
