A mutton curry cooked with a large quantity of onions.

Ingredients

  • Mutton: 500g
  • Onions: 500g (half sliced, half cubed)
  • Tomatoes: 2, chopped
  • Yogurt: 1/2 cup
  • Ginger-Garlic Paste: 1 tbsp
  • Red Chili Powder: 1.5 tsp
  • Oil: 4 tbsp
  • Salt: to taste

Instructions

    Heat oil, fry sliced onions until brown.

    Add mutton and sear.

    Add ginger-garlic, tomatoes, yogurt, and spices. Cook well.

    Add water and cook until mutton is almost done.

    Add the cubed onions and cook for another 10-15 minutes until onions are soft yet crunchy.
