Ingredients
- Mutton: 500g
- Onions: 500g (half sliced, half cubed)
- Tomatoes: 2, chopped
- Yogurt: 1/2 cup
- Ginger-Garlic Paste: 1 tbsp
- Red Chili Powder: 1.5 tsp
- Oil: 4 tbsp
- Salt: to taste
Instructions

Heat oil, fry sliced onions until brown.

Add mutton and sear.

Add ginger-garlic, tomatoes, yogurt, and spices. Cook well.

Add water and cook until mutton is almost done.
