- Chicken: 500g, boneless, small pieces
- Green Chilies: 10-15, slit (adjust to heat preference)
- Ginger-Garlic Paste: 1.5 tbsp
- Onion: 1 large, sliced
- Curry Leaves: a handful
- Turmeric Powder: 1/2 tsp
- Coriander Powder: 1 tbsp
- Garam Masala: 1 tsp
- Lemon Juice: 2 tbsp
- Oil: 3 tbsp
- Salt: to taste
