A hearty dish of minced mutton and liver cooked together in a thick masala.
Ingredients
- Mutton Mince (Keema): 250g
- Mutton Liver (Kaleji): 250g, cubed
- Onions: 2, chopped
- Tomatoes: 2, chopped
- Ginger-Garlic Paste: 1.5 tbsp
- Red Chili Powder: 1.5 tsp
- Turmeric Powder: 1/2 tsp
- Oil: 3 tbsp
- Salt: to taste
Instructions

Heat oil, sauté onions until golden.

Add ginger-garlic paste and fry.

Add tomatoes and cook until soft.

Add spice powders and cook the masala.

Add the mutton mince and liver. Sauté on high heat for 5-7 minutes.

Cover and cook on low heat until fully cooked. Do not add water.
