Ingredients
- Mutton: 500g
- Onions: 2, sliced
- Yogurt: 1 cup
- Ginger-Garlic Paste: 1.5 tbsp
- Red Chili Powder: 2 tsp
- Coriander Powder: 1 tbsp
- Fennel Powder: 1 tsp
- Ghee: 4 tbsp
- Salt: to taste

Heat ghee, fry onions until golden.

Add mutton and sear on high heat.

Add ginger-garlic paste and fry.

Lower heat, add whisked yogurt and all spice powders.

Cook until oil separates.

Add hot water, cover, and cook until mutton is tender.
