Spicy Chicken Tikka

Tender chicken chunks marinated in spices and grilled to perfection.

Ingredients

  • Chicken: 500g, boneless cubes
  • Yogurt: 1/2 cup, thick
  • Ginger-Garlic Paste: 1 tbsp
  • Red Chili Powder: 1.5 tsp
  • Tandoori Masala: 1 tbsp
  • Lemon Juice: 1 tbsp
  • Mustard Oil: 1 tbsp
  • Salt: to taste

Instructions

    Mix all ingredients to make a marinade.

    Coat the chicken cubes well and marinate for at least 4 hours.

    Thread the chicken onto skewers.

    Grill in a tandoor, oven, or on a pan until cooked through and charred at the edges.
