A Mughlai-influenced white chicken curry with a distinct local flavor.

Ingredients

  • Chicken: 500g
  • Yogurt: 1 cup
  • Poppy Seed and Cashew Paste: 1/2 cup
  • Onion Paste: 1/2 cup
  • White Pepper Powder: 1 tsp
  • Kewra Water: 1 tsp
  • Ghee: 3 tbsp
  • Salt: to taste

Instructions

    Sauté onion paste in ghee.

    Add chicken and sear well.

    Add yogurt, poppy-cashew paste, and pepper. Cook until oil separates.
