Bhutte Ka Kees with Chicken

A unique dish combining grated corn (Bhutte Ka Kees) with chicken.

Ingredients

  • Chicken: 300g, boneless cubes
  • Sweet Corn: 2 cups, grated
  • Milk: 1 cup
  • Onion: 1, chopped
  • Ginger-Garlic Paste: 1 tsp
  • Green Chilies: 2, chopped
  • Turmeric Powder: 1/4 tsp
  • Oil: 2 tbsp
  • Salt: to taste

Instructions

    Sauté onion in oil. Add ginger-garlic paste and chilies.

    Add chicken cubes and cook until done.

    In a separate pan, cook the grated corn with milk until it thickens.

    Add the cooked chicken to the corn mixture.

    Season with salt and turmeric. Mix well and cook for 5 more minutes.
