Ingredients

  • Chicken: 500g
  • Basmati Rice: 500g
  • Onions: 2, fried
  • Yogurt: 1/2 cup
  • Potatoes: 2, fried
  • Mint and Coriander Leaves: 1 cup
  • Garam Masala: 1 tsp
  • Rose water: 1 tsp
  • Ghee: 3 tbsp
  • Salt: to taste

Instructions

    Marinate chicken with yogurt and spices.

    Parboil rice until 70% cooked.

    Layer the marinated chicken, fried potatoes, and rice in a pot.
