Spicy scrambled eggs with a typical Andhra tempering.

Ingredients

  • Eggs: 6
  • Onions: 2, finely chopped
  • Green Chilies: 4, finely chopped
  • Tomatoes: 1, finely chopped
  • Turmeric Powder: 1/4 tsp
  • Red Chili Powder: 1/2 tsp
  • Curry Leaves: 1 sprig
  • Oil: 3 tbsp
  • Salt: to taste

Instructions

    Heat oil in a pan. Add curry leaves, green chilies, and onions.

    Sauté until onions are translucent.

    Add tomatoes and cook until soft.
