Ingredients
- Eggs: 6, hard-boiled
- Onion: 1, finely chopped
- Tomato: 1, chopped
- For Paste:: 1/4 cup coconut, 8 cashews, 1 tsp poppy seeds
- Ginger-Garlic Paste: 1 tsp
- Red Chili Powder: 1 tsp
- Turmeric Powder: 1/4 tsp
- Garam Masala: 1/2 tsp
- Oil: 2 tbsp
- Salt: to taste
