Fish in Tamarind Gravy

A classic Andhra fish curry with a tangy tamarind base.
Ingredients
- Fish: 500g
- Tamarind: lemon-sized ball
- Onion: 1, ground to paste
- Green Chilies: 3, slit
- Red Chili Powder: 1.5 tsp
- Coriander Powder: 1 tbsp
- Turmeric Powder: 1/2 tsp
- Oil: 3 tbsp
- Mustard seeds, Fenugreek seeds: for tempering
- Salt: to taste

Extract pulp from the tamarind.
