Ingredients
- Fish: 500g, steaks
- Ginger-Garlic Paste: 1 tbsp
- Red Chili Powder: 2 tsp
- Coriander Powder: 1 tsp
- Turmeric Powder: 1/2 tsp
- Corn Flour: 1 tbsp
- Rice Flour: 1 tbsp
- Lemon Juice: 1 tbsp
- Oil: for shallow frying
- Salt: to taste

Make a thick paste using all ingredients except the fish and oil.

Pat the fish steaks dry and apply the marinade evenly.

Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.

Heat oil in a tawa or pan.

Shallow fry the fish on medium heat for 5-6 minutes on each side until golden, crisp, and cooked through.
