Ingredients
- Prawns: 500g, cleaned and deveined
- Onion: 2, finely chopped
- Green Chilies: 3, slit
- Ginger-Garlic Paste: 1 tbsp
- Red Chili Powder: 1.5 tsp
- Turmeric Powder: 1/2 tsp
- Garam Masala: 1 tsp
- Lemon Juice: 1 tbsp
- Oil: 3 tbsp
- Salt: to taste
Instructions

Marinate prawns with salt and turmeric.

Heat oil, sauté onions until golden brown.

Add ginger-garlic paste and green chilies. Fry for a minute.

Add the marinated prawns and cook on high heat. Prawns cook very quickly.

Add chili powder and garam masala. Stir-fry for 5-7 minutes until the prawns are cooked and the masala is dry and coats the prawns.
