Ulavacharu Mutton

Tender mutton pieces cooked in a flavorful horse gram soup.
Ingredients
- Mutton: 500g
- Ulavacharu (Horse gram soup): 2 cups
- Onion: 1, chopped
- Green Chilies: 2, slit
- Ginger-Garlic Paste: 1 tbsp
- Ghee or Oil: 2 tbsp
- Fresh Cream: 2 tbsp
- Salt: to taste
Instructions

Pressure cook mutton with salt and ginger-garlic paste until tender.

Heat ghee/oil, sauté onions until soft.

Add the cooked mutton pieces and fry for a few minutes.

Pour in the ulavacharu and green chilies. Bring to a simmer.

Cook on low heat for 15-20 minutes for the flavors to infuse.

Stir in fresh cream just before serving. Do not boil after adding cream.
