A traditional Andhra mutton curry with a rich, brown gravy.
Ingredients
- Mutton: 500g
- Onions: 2, chopped
- Tomatoes: 1, chopped
- Coconut and Poppy Seed Paste: 1/4 cup
- Ginger-Garlic Paste: 1.5 tbsp
- Red Chili Powder: 2 tsp
- Coriander Powder: 1 tbsp
- Turmeric Powder: 1/2 tsp
- Oil: 4 tbsp
- Salt: to taste

Heat oil, sauté onions until deep brown.
