Ingredients
- Chicken: 500g, with bones
- Black Peppercorns: 2 tbsp, coarsely crushed
- Onion: 2, sliced
- Ginger-Garlic Paste: 1 tbsp
- Green Chilies: 3-4, slit
- Turmeric Powder: 1/2 tsp
- Fennel Powder: 1 tsp
- Curry Leaves: a handful
- Oil: 3 tbsp
- Salt: to taste

Marinate chicken with salt and turmeric.

Heat oil, add onions and curry leaves. Fry until onions are golden brown.

Add ginger-garlic paste and green chilies. Sauté for a minute.
