Ingredients
- Eggs: 6, hard-boiled and halved
- Onions: 2 large, thinly sliced
- Tomatoes: 1 large, chopped
- Ginger-Garlic Paste: 1 tsp
- Red Chili Powder: 1 tsp
- Garam Masala: 1/2 tsp
- Turmeric Powder: 1/4 tsp
- Oil: 3 tbsp
- Salt: to taste
Instructions

Heat oil in a pan. Add sliced onions and fry until they are deep brown.
