Ingredients
- Fish: 500g, steaks or fillets
- Ginger-Garlic Paste: 1 tbsp
- Red Chili Powder: 1.5 tsp
- Coriander Powder: 1 tsp
- Garam Masala: 1/2 tsp
- Turmeric Powder: 1/2 tsp
- Rice Flour: 2 tbsp
- Lemon Juice: 1 tbsp
- Oil: for shallow frying
- Salt: to taste

Make a thick paste with all the ingredients except oil and fish.

Clean and pat dry the fish pieces. Apply the masala paste evenly on all sides.
