Ingredients
- Country Mutton: 500g, small pieces
- Onions: 3, sliced
- Green Chilies: 5-6, slit
- Ginger-Garlic Paste: 1.5 tbsp
- Red Chili Powder: 2 tsp
- Black Pepper Powder: 1 tsp
- Turmeric Powder: 1/2 tsp
- Oil: 4 tbsp
- Salt: to taste

Pressure cook the country mutton with salt and turmeric until tender.
