Ingredients
- Mutton Mince (Kheema): 500g
- For Koftas:: 1 onion, ginger-garlic paste, green chilies, roasted gram flour (2 tbsp)
- For Gravy:: 2 onions, 2 tomatoes, yogurt (1/2 cup), spice powders
- Oil: for frying and curry
- Whole Spices: Cinnamon, cloves, cardamom
- Salt: to taste

For koftas, mix minced mutton with finely chopped onion, ginger-garlic paste, chilies, salt, and roasted gram flour for binding. Form small balls.

Shallow fry the koftas until they are browned on all sides. Set aside.

For the gravy, heat oil, add whole spices. Sauté chopped onions until golden.

Add ginger-garlic paste, then tomato puree. Cook until oil separates.

Add yogurt and all spice powders (chili, turmeric, coriander). Cook the masala well.

Add 2 cups of hot water and salt. Bring the gravy to a boil.
