Ingredients

  • Mutton: 500g
  • For Gatte:: 1 cup gram flour, spices, yogurt
  • For Gravy:: Onion, tomato, yogurt, spices

Instructions

    Prepare a rich mutton curry and cook until the mutton is tender.

    Prepare gatte by making a stiff dough of gram flour and spices, forming logs, boiling them, and then cutting into pieces.

    Add the prepared gatte to the simmering mutton curry.

    Cook for another 10-15 minutes so the gatte absorb the gravy.
