A unique dish where chicken pieces are cooked in a yogurt and gram flour-based kadhi.
Ingredients
- Chicken: 500g, boneless, cooked
- Yogurt: 2 cups, sour
- Gram Flour (Besan): 1/2 cup
- Turmeric: 1/2 tsp
- Red Chili Powder: 1 tsp
- Tempering:: Ghee, cumin seeds, asafoetida, dry red chilies
- Salt: to taste

Whisk yogurt and gram flour together, ensuring no lumps. Add water to make a thin batter.

In a pot, bring the batter to a boil, stirring continuously. Add turmeric and salt.

Simmer the kadhi for 20-25 minutes.

Add the cooked chicken pieces.

Prepare tempering in ghee and pour it over the kadhi.
