Ingredients

- Spicy Marinade:: Yogurt, ginger-garlic, red chili, garam masala
- Leaves (Banana or other large leaves): for wrapping
- Wheat Dough: to cover
Instructions

Marinate the whole chicken inside and out for several hours.

Wrap the marinated chicken tightly in several layers of leaves.

Cover the entire bundle with a thick layer of wheat dough.

Dig a pit in the sand, place the dough-covered chicken in it, and cover with hot embers and sand.

Cook for 2-3 hours. The chicken steams inside, becoming extremely tender.
