The fiery Laal Maas preparation adapted for chicken.

Ingredients

  • Chicken: 1 kg
  • Yogurt: 1 cup
  • Mathania Chili Paste: 1/2 cup
  • Garlic Paste: 2 tbsp
  • Onion: 2, sliced
  • Mustard Oil: 1/2 cup
  • Whole Spices: as needed
  • Salt: to taste

Instructions

    Heat mustard oil, fry onions until brown.

    Add chicken and sear.

    Add garlic paste, yogurt, and chili paste. Sauté well.

    Add water and whole spices. Cover and cook until chicken is tender.
