Ingredients
- Eggs: 6, hard-boiled
- Mixed Greens (Saag): 1 bunch
- Onion: 1, chopped
- Garlic: 3-4 cloves, chopped
- Green Chili: 1, chopped
- Oil: 1 tbsp
- Salt: to taste

Blanch and purée the mixed greens.
