A nutritious dish of boiled eggs cooked with pureed mixed greens.

Ingredients

  • Eggs: 6, hard-boiled
  • Mixed Greens (Saag): 1 bunch
  • Onion: 1, chopped
  • Garlic: 3-4 cloves, chopped
  • Green Chili: 1, chopped
  • Oil: 1 tbsp
  • Salt: to taste

Instructions

    Blanch and purée the mixed greens.

    Heat oil, sauté garlic, onion, and green chili.

    Add the saag purée and salt. Cook for 5 minutes.

    Make slits in the boiled eggs and add them to the saag.

    Simmer for another 5-10 minutes.
